Executive MBA Survey

Tuesday December 23, 2008
The Executive MBA Council recently released the results of their annual Membership Program Survey. The Council surveys 307 member programs worldwide. Here's what they learned about executive MBA programs:
  • The average EMBA student is 36.5 years old.
  • Students have an average of 12.8 years of work experience and 8.2 years of management experience.
  • Thirty-two percent of students received full tuition reimbursement; 36 percent received partial reimbursement; 32 percent paid their own way.
  • The average EMBA program lasts 20 months.
  • More than half of all EMBA programs require an international trip. (Most students choose to go or are sent to China.)
