GMAT Reading comprehension passages are asked from a variety of academic disciplines like Humanities, General sciences and Social sciences. Passages from subject like Humanities have got a complex sentence structure and test a candidate’s knowledge and intellectual skills to arrive at a particular answer with the help of inference. General sciences are factual and hence, easy to answer. Social science passages are interesting to read and a candidate is required to remember a lot of information which the passage contains to answer the questions perfectly.
