Guide Review - The Definitive Drucker
The Definitive Drucker reads like a biography to a certain extent, but it is a biography of Drucker's ideas rather than his actual life.
The book includes information on Drucker's business strategy and the challenges that modern organizations are up against, as well as Drucker's ideas on connecting with customers, innovation, collaboration, employee management, and decision-making.
Elizabeth Haas Edersheim states in the book that Drucker taught her more in the short time she was writing this book than she learned in MIT's doctoral program in operations research. Although it seems like a strong statement, I believe every word.
Peter Drucker was a fascinating man, and The Definitive Drucker is a fascinating collection of business ideas.
