Guide Review - The Hybrid Leader

In The Hybrid Leader, we learn that “80% of today’s workers feel so undervalued, so unappreciated and disengaged they hate coming to work in the morning”.

Just let that number sink in for a moment…Yikes.

The number is scary because as everyone knows, an unhappy worker does not perform their job to the best of their ability. But, you can’t blame the worker. Employees need motivation. That’s where good leadership comes in.

The author of The Hybrid Leader, Trudy Bourgeois, is no stranger to leadership. She is one of the country’s preeminent experts on leadership and workforce issues. In The Hybrid Leader, she presents a plan for a new style of leadership that combines the strengths of female and male leadership styles.

In the book, Trudy examines why employees feel undervalued and offers advice on how leaders can change those feelings by developing an authentic relationship with the employee. In addition to supplying tips and advice that will help managers build and motivate their team, The Hybrid Leader also provides a plan that will help you apply everything you learned in the book.

If you are interested in increasing profits, motivating your employees, and being an effective leader, I highly recommend picking up a copy of The Hybrid Leader. You won’t be disappointed.
