The book offers a straightforward step-by-step process for developing a coaching attitude that works.
Much of the book relies on what the authors refer to as the Great Expectations model of coaching, and uses a combination of practical advice, examples, and developmental exercises to challenge readers to be the type of person people want to receive coaching from.
I highly recommend Unleashed! to human resources professionals, managers, and business majors who want to learn how to bring out the best in themselves and other people.
