Hospitals across the country were surveyed for the presence of patients with two specific types of cancer. Surveyors found that 40% of the hospitals had type A cancer patients, 50% had type B cancer patients, and 20% had neither type of cancer. If one hospital from the study is chosen at random, what is the probability that it contains exactly one type of the specific cancers?
