1. Cursory - brief to the point of being superficial
2. Brazen - excessively bold, brash
3. Buffet - a spread of food involving choices
4. Austere - very bare, bleak, simple
5. Vivacious - lively, spirited, full of life
6. Uncanny - of supernatural character or origin
7. Truculent - eager to fight, violent
8. Sympathetic – compassionate
9. Ruddy - having a healthy, reddish color
10. Pungent - having a sharp, strong quality especially related to smell
