Michigan State's Broad College of Business Admissions:

Admissions requirements can vary depending on the program you are applying to. Admission to undergraduate programs is competitive. Enrollment is also limited, which means the admissions committee can be very selective. The criteria used to determine who is accepted and who is not is a hybrid model that considers both academic and non-academic factors. Applicants will have to complete a case study sample among other application components to be considered for admission.

Students who are applying to the MBA program will need a 4-year bachelor's degree; a 3-year international bachelor's degree is not accepted. Other admission requirements include submission of a resume, GMAT scores, personal essays, and two letters of recommendation. The Broad Graduate School of Management encourages applicants to have at least two years of work experience. Most applicants have an average of four years of work experience. International students will need to submit all of the previously mentioned materials as well as TOEFL scores. Screened students may be asked to participate in an interview as part of the admissions process.
