ENHANCING EDUCATION INTOUGHTIMES

Certainly. during tough times, itis the survival of fittest. and level of fitness one will like to increase. it may be in the form of going back to school orenancing your core/ noncore skills (including soft skills. these arethe times of multiskilling/ deskilling where by companies are looking for a person who can perform multiple jobs/ better jobs. It is also a great psychological booster as well as stress buster. it will also increase your chances of selection.

It Depends

Will furthering your education help you get a job? I think it really depends on your field, what sort of education you already have, and what type of education you plan to get. If you want to stay in the same field, getting an advanced degree can qualify you for more advanced positions and open up more job opportunities. If you want to enter a new field, work experience is as important as an education. Without the experience, you may be passed over by employers. The type of degree you earn can also have an impact. With an MBA, you are more marketable-period. With another degree, who is to say...
